Nothing to fault.

Almost everything about this place is great - location near metro station )no, you don't have to stay in Manhattan when you visit NYC, clean, comfortable, nice staff, parking, free coffee and water all day, free internet,... Definately value for money!

The only objection is monotonous breakfast.

Staff was great. Got directions to get back to Laguardia in traffic that saved me a lot of time. Very interested in answering questions in general. They volunteered good information above and beyond just doing their jobs. Nice room. Good breakfast and decent workout area.

Not much in the immediate area but looks like there will be in the next year or so. Looks like a lot of renewal is taking place.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It had eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, hardboiled eggs and all types of bread products. You can even make your own waffles and they had so many jellies!

We were pleasantly surprised wih the size and cleanliness of the rooms, especially the restroom. The breakfast was adequate and pleantiful. The hotel was also convienently located near the train station and was a great value.

The pillows could use a pillow cover rather than just a pillow case as they were dingy and yellow. Also, the mattress covers should be closely inspected for cleanliness and replaced accordingly. A microwave in the room would have been a nice addition.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect for us as it was just a few minutes away from the subway station, making it easy to get to Manhattan. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One occurence of compromised room security

The location is perfect, with easy access to Manhattan within a short metro ride. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The best part is that breakfast is included in the rate, and it offers a variety of options including freshly made waffles and delicious Maxwell House coffee.

All was fantastic, couldn't ask for anything more.

Had a room with a lovely view of Manhatten and the tea and coffee facilities was brilliant

it's a nice hotel to stay in new york city. not that expensive and near the subway. people there are nice too. you can't find a better hotel in the same price.

can hear the car from the street and the breakfast is finished to early at weekend.
